Summary & Objectives

As our Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales activities, developing strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your responsibilities include proficiently executing lead prospecting strategies, overseeing customer information with advanced CRM tools, and coordinating with the Property Management Team for a seamless client onboarding experience. Additionally, you'll contribute significantly to the team's success by consistently surpassing individual sales goals and fostering strong client relationships. We are seeking a results-oriented, proactive individual who can shape and execute the sales strategy while embodying a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Essential Functions:

  • Proficiently execute lead prospecting strategies using platforms like Hubspot and CoStar.
  • Execute high-impact outbound sales strategies, including cold calling and targeted emailing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client requirements, offering bespoke solutions.
  • Meticulously oversee and manage customer information with advanced CRM tools (HubSpot, AppFolio).
  • Seamlessly coordinate with the Property Management Team for a smooth client onboarding experience.
  • Consistently surpass individual sales goals, contributing significantly to team success.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for loyalty and retention.
  • Utilize communication and negotiation skills to explain policy details, terms, and conditions.
  • Drive the sales team towards success, shape and execute sales strategy, foster a results-driven culture, and ensure target exceedance.


  • 3-4 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Experience in HubSpot and executing sales plans.
  • Previous experience in call center sales representative roles in insurance, real estate, or related fields is preferred.
  • MBA, economic sciences, or sales-related certification preferred.
