Job Function
As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer retention. Your role will involve proactive and reactive communication with customers who are considering cancellation or whose account activity suggests they may be at risk of leaving.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming requests for service cancellations and effectively persuade customers to continue their services.
• Resell the value of the customer’s campaign and ensure they understand the benefits of staying.
• Follow all inbound, outbound, voice, and non-voice procedures to manage accounts effectively.

Minimum Skill Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center role (Sales or retention experience is a plus!).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• A passion for helping customers and understanding the technologies that serve them.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
