What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to maximize performance and drive revenue growth.
Customer Outreach: Oversee outreach efforts, building strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Refine lead generation and sales conversion strategies.
Assessment: Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions that highlight the value of our services.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Define and execute scalable sales processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
CRM & Data Management: Utilize CRM tools to track key metrics, monitor progress, and optimize performance.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
Strategic Planning: Develop long-term sales plans and forecasts that support business growth and market expansion.
Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
Territory Development: Drive sales expansion into new regions while strengthening performance in existing markets through localized strategies and resource optimization.
