About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Administrator to join our growing marketing team. This role is integral in supporting various marketing efforts, ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations, and assisting with both administrative and creative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Inbox Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize the marketing team’s email inbox, ensuring timely responses, distribution to relative parties, and proper organization.
  • Order & Tracking Management: Keep track of orders and shipping details for print marketing materials and other marketing collateral sent to representatives.
  • New Hire Branding Materials: Prepare onboarding materials for new hires, including welcome emails and branded assets.
  • Social Media Content Preparation: Create and schedule engaging social media content (copy and graphics), in alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Sales List Management: Regularly update and maintain sales list spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy and organization in conjunction with the sales team and IT department.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in other areas of marketing as needed, such as campaign preparation, analytics and follow up, providing administrative support to ensure the team’s success.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in Graphic Design: Knowledge of graphic design principles and proficiency with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in industrial sectors is a plus, though not required.
  • Fluency in English: Must be able to read, understand, speak and write fluently in English. Additional fluency in French or Spanish is a bonus.
  • Reliable Technology: Must have access to reliable internet service and up-to-date technology equipment to carry out tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Team Engagement: Must actively participate in daily marketing team meetings and weekly sales team meetings, with the camera on and engaged in discussions.

Details:

Work Hours: Contractor, 8:00AM - 5:00PM (EST time zone)

Location:  Remote, working from home

Salary: Starting from $800 USD / month

Languages: English (Professional level), Spanish (asset)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $861,100.00 per month
