We are a dynamic small business consulting firm specializing in helping companies scale and optimize their operations. In addition to our consulting services, we also provide employee recruiting solutions, helping our clients find the best talent to drive their businesses forward.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is a unique blend of sales and recruiting, requiring you to identify, engage, and qualify potential candidates on LinkedIn, while also following up with potential customers from our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator with a knack for building relationships and a passion for helping businesses grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting on LinkedIn:

  • Proactively search for and identify potential candidates on LinkedIn who match the qualifications for our clients' open roles.
  • Reach out to candidates via LinkedIn messaging, email, and other communication channels to introduce opportunities and gauge interest.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases with detailed notes and progress reports.

Sales Development:

  • Follow up with potential customers who have interacted with our marketing campaigns, including emails, webinars, and other lead-generating activities.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and determining if they are a good fit for our services.
  • Schedule meetings and calls between potential customers and our consulting team.
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics, providing insights to improve future campaigns.

Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with both candidates and potential customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
  • Work closely with our consulting team to understand the needs of our clients and match them with the best candidates

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with candidates and potential customers in our CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates to management on progress and pipeline status.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a sales or recruiting role, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for sales outreach.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $900,000.00 - $1,100,000.00 per month
