As an IT Systems Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to, manage a set of different platforms, propose new ways and solutions to improve the company's workload, among other exciting tasks like improving the efficiency and performance of our IT systems, analyzing the current state of our systems, identifying the needs and requirements, monitor and help with capacity planning.

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate the existing IT systems, such as hardware, software, network, and security features, and identify any issues or gaps
  • Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, such as managers, users, developers, and vendors, to understand their needs and expectations
  • Research and propose new technologies, tools, and methods that can enhance our IT systems and processes
  • Create and document system specifications, requirements, designs, test plans, and user manuals
  • Coordinate and oversee the installation, configuration, integration, and testing of new or updated systems
  • Provide training and support to users on how to use the systems effectively and efficiently
  • Monitor and troubleshoot the performance and functionality of the systems and ensure they meet the quality and security standards
  • Evaluate and report on the costs, benefits, and risks of the system changes and enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Bilingual English/ Spanish
  • Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, architectures, and methodologies
  • Proficient in various programming languages, such as Java, Python, SQL, etc.
  • Familiar with various operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, etc.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Competencies:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Great understanding of programming languages.
    • Proficient background and proven experience in GSUITE, O365, Azure and AWS, Contact center solutions, IAM processes. JIRA, Confluence, among others.
  • Problem Solving:
    • Ability to analyze and solve simple technical problems.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Communication:
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • User-Centric Thinking:
    • Deep understanding of user needs and experiences.
    • Proficient usability testing and user feedback interpretation.
  • Customer Advocacy:
    • Advocating for the end-users and ensuring their needs are prioritized.
    • Proactively seeking and incorporating customer feedback.
