Our work environment: Remote

```Duties``` - Provide administrative support to the staff and management team -Oversee our CRM, Customer Relationship Management - Assist with order entry and maintain accurate records of inventory - Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other written materials - Perform general office tasks - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred - Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience as a personal assistant is a bonus - Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally This position offers an opportunity to work in environment with a committed team.
