Live-In Nanny / Educational Coach (Global Travel) Description

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, hyper-organized Live-In Nanny / Educational Coach to join their family for an immersive world schooling journey based in Costa Rica with global travel. You will design and lead academic and life skills development for three boys (ages 7, 10, and 11), blending structured lessons with experiential learning across diverse countries. You’ll play a key role in fostering independence, critical thinking, and emotional growth while integrating global cultural experiences into education. Live-In Nanny / Educational Coach (Global Travel) Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customized lesson plans for three children ages 7 to 11
• Integrate project-based learning, Montessori, and cultural experiences into curriculum
• Reinforce academic, social, and life skills through hands-on activities and exploration
• Track progress and adjust teaching approaches based on individual needs
• Coordinate and lead educational field trips tied to local culture and history
• Promote emotional regulation and critical thinking through daily routines
• Guide children in practical life skills including chores, cooking, and organization
• Maintain consistent communication with parents on educational progress
• Model positive discipline while reinforcing household rules and structure
• Plan, schedule, and manage daily learning, activities, and logistics

Live-In Nanny / Educational Coach (Global Travel) Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of teaching or tutoring experience with children required
• Fluency in English and Spanish required
• Experience creating custom learning plans and curricula required
• Ability to manage varied age levels and adjust teaching styles required
• Comfort with extensive international travel and new environments required
• Valid passport with no travel restrictions required
