As a Real Estate Disposition Manager, your core responsibility is to oversee the efficient sale of real estate assets, manage a portfolio of deals, and work closely with buyers and sellers to ensure smooth transactions. This is a FULL-TIME, REMOTE POSITION with a competitive salary plus a commission structure.
Your duties will include:
- Manage your own portfolio of approximately 5 deals per month, handling tasks such as: conducting welcome calls, scheduling property showings, negotiating offers and coordinating with title companies to ensure timely closings.
- Prospect and qualify potential buyers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, SMS, and online platforms.
- Set appointments for potential buyers and Realtors to view properties and facilitate property tours.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, buyer interactions, and appointment schedules in the CRM.
- Provide excellent customer service to sellers, potential buyers, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to sell properties efficiently.
- Assist in negotiating sales contracts, coordinating inspections, communicating with the title company, and facilitating the closing process.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $1,500 per month plus discretionary bonuses based on team performance and meeting KPIs.
- Commissions: $100 per closed deal from your own portfolio.
Requirements:
- Real Estate Experience: At least 1 year of experience in real estate dispositions or transaction coordination is required.
- Experience working for a U.S.-based real estate investment company or a cash home buyer company is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other real estate tools.
- Communication: Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Internet and Phone Connection: A reliable internet connection and phone line are a must.
- Work Hours: Must work EST hours, 9 am - 6 pm (with a 1-hour lunch break) and be available to take calls on nights and weekends as needed for priority tasks
