BAT is one of the top tobacco products manufacturing company worldwide. I started as a TM Representative where my main responsibility was to assist with a huge change in Southern Cone, running and measuring a new program of engagement which provided B2B and B2C activities to the consumers.
Due to excellent performance during the first 10 months, I received a promotion as Territory Sales Executive, for the Wholesale channel. In this position, I developed a program for increasing the engagement with the customer which helped me to increase sales in my territory by 15% over the prior year.
Could I say that it´s a kind of company who promote the grown of their employees in a good and challenging environment.
