Full Cycle Recruiter (Remote)

Location: Remote (Latin America)

Compensation: $1,500 – $2,000 USD/month, plus uncapped bonus on every placement

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM CT (40 hours/week)

About the Role

You own full cycle recruiting for every active role. This is a sourcing-led seat: the people you want are not on job boards, and your job is to find them anyway. You map the market, run the outreach, build the pipeline from nothing, and close. This role fits someone who has placed international talent into US companies at a nearshore or offshore staffing firm, moves fast, and treats quality over volume as a non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run outbound sourcing for every active role using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Screen candidates for English fluency, judgment, and real fit, not just resume credentials.
  • Build and own the client relationship by learning exactly what an A-player looks like for each US team you hire for.
  • Manage your full pipeline in Recruit CRM, from first message to signed offer.
  • Fill searches with zero inbound, turning dead roles into placements.
  • Make placement decisions based on long-term fit, not volume metrics. Who You Are
  • You have placed international talent into US companies at a nearshore or offshore staffing firm, not BPO, domestic staffing, or a generalist agency.
  • You are an A-player who has hustled inside a startup and move fast while owning the outcome.
  • Your English is C2-level, flawless on a call, and you communicate with precision.
  • You treat sourcing as your edge and can fill a role nobody else thought was possible.
  • You use AI tools as a way to do better work, not a threat to your process.
  • You would rather pass on fifty candidates than place one who washes out in sixty days. Bonus Points
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles (engineers, product managers, data analysts).
  • Track record of building talent pipelines in specific markets or geographies.
  • Familiarity with nearshore staffing models and US company hiring practices.
  • Proven ability to close candidates on roles with competitive compensation packages. What Success Looks Like

First 90 Days

  • You have sourced and submitted qualified candidates for all active roles, with at least one placement closed.
  • You have mapped the market for your key talent segments and built a repeatable outreach process.
  • You have conducted screening interviews that accurately predict fit and English capability. Ongoing
  • You consistently fill roles with candidates who stay and perform well beyond their first year.
  • You build deep client relationships where hiring managers trust your judgment and ask for you by name.
